由于电流互感器通常具有线路的整体电流流量,二次绕组数目较多,二次电流互感器在测量仪器和保护电路中连接,二次侧电路在电流互感器工作时总是关闭,因此测量仪器和保护电路的阻抗很小,电流互感器接近短路。变流器将一次侧大电流转换为二次侧小电流进行测量,二次侧不能开放。
