1.首先打开keep软件,然后点击界面上工具栏的“跑步”标签;
2.接着跳转到的界面点击中间“户外跑”的圆形图标;
3.跳转到如下所示的界面自动计时和计算路程;
4.如果想要暂时停止计时,那么点击中间的暂时按钮;
5.完成暂时按钮之后;
6.果想要继续开始计时跑步,那么点击“继续”按钮,就会重新开始计时;
7.跑步完成了,那么长按红色圆形“结束”按钮,弹出的提示框中,直接点击结束。
