首先考虑比热容,比热容是热力学中常用的一个参量,指单位质量的某些物质升高单位温度所吸收的热量。水的比热容为4200J/(kg·℃),油按照2430J/(kg·℃)。水的比热容接近于油的2倍,当一样质量一样温度的水与皮肤接触后降低相同的1℃后,会释放出来2倍的能量,所以短期内接触水比油更烫手。
